Welcome to the Occupy.net Wiki

a repository of 410 articles containing occupation related information anyone can edit

The Occupy.net Wiki brings the #Occupy and Free/Libre/Open Source movements together through the development, deployment and documentation of the tools and techniques people need to create the free, democratic and just world they want. We want to collaborate with everyone interested in the proliferation of solutions that help people improve themselves and their communities. We'd love for you to get involved.

Harmonized Groupings: There's a need within the occupation movement to connect people doing similar work in different locations together so they can share best practices, coordinate activities and collaborate. One challenge is that different groups use different terms to describe their work, so it's hard for groups to find information about each other. To remedy this situation, we advocate creating a set of harmonized groupings people can use to describe their work.

Participate: You are already changing your world just by being here, but we want you to do something a bit more: we'd like you be active. Here, on this wiki, but better yet be active in your community, in your neighborhood, in your General Assembly. Because we, and that's all of us including you, need to hear your voice. Help us document the movement.
