This is a draft intended as a compendium of the most urgent demands that we consider necessary to initiate the change of direction we need.

We believe that together we can force them to accept

ACTION FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE

Democracy

Constitunional process

Implementation of the review of the existing constitution, if any, if you get 3% of public support.

Referendums

Binding referendum if you get 1.1% of the population support

Representatives

Proportionality Representative. Every vote of each citizen is always worth the same, 10% of the votes will get 10% of the representatives.

Corruption

The state will provide the necessary means so that all citizens have access to all accounts of all government. Raising penalties for misappropriation of public funds in all its forms.

Politics

Elimination of the privileges of the political class:

1.- Criminal liability for mismanagement or failure of the program when a court determines. When imposing a fine for building a road in a natural park, the City can not pay for the fine, must be the mayor who authorized its construction.

2.- Removing the legal immunity matching the rest of the citizens.

3.- Adequacy of the salaries to the average of the population and total control over expenditures in the performance of their duties.

4.- Declaration of assets before, during and after coming to office.

WORKING 35 HOURS PER WEEK WITHOUT SALARY REDUCTION: Quarterly review of the working hours until it reaches full employment.

Salary

MINIMUM WAGE 1,200 euros per month in 14 payments per year. Unify all minimum wages in the world to this salary commensurate with increases made in 10 consecutive years.

PROHIBITION OF THE SALE OF A LARGE PRIVATE PUBLIC RESOURCES (Oil, Water, etc..). SOCIAL CONTROL OF PUBLIC RESOURCES. Return of all natural resources sold to private companies to their rightful owners (the people) and audit the conditions under which the sale took place.

Banks

PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (Nationalization)OF BANKS. At least create a public bank, non-profit, to allocate its resources and efforts to improve society and sustainability. And give credit to the real economy not speculative.

Income Taxes

RAISE THE INCOME TAX RATE AND FOR HIGHER PROFITS. The goal is equalization of all earned income tax, companies and savings at a single rate progressive. A progressive rate, based on disposable income for each individual who will go from 0.01% to 44.65% as ceiling. (Study on Income in Spain in 2008 to cover the budget)

Indirect Taxes

ABOLITION OF ALL INDIRECT TAXES: VAT, property tax, IVTM, fees, etc.. except those that help protect the ordinary: Tax on mineral oils, estate taxes, Taxes for the exclusive use of public spaces, etc.

Social Security

TOTAL EXEMPTION OF CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE SOCIAL SECURITY FOR SELF WORKERS AND WORKERS

Tax Fraud

Review and removal of all laws which state authority take precedence over civil liberties. Such as "contempt of authority", "prior to concentration or manifestations", etc.
