 Uploading a Library
Your reader displays content items from feeds. Those feeds are organized into an 'ompl library'. When you import an ompl library, you're adding a list of feeds from which your reader will collect content.
To import and opml library, go to your reader's preferences, click on feeds, then click on the lower tab "import/export". Go to import and browse on your computer for the opml file. Select the file of your choice and upload it. Your feeds should update automatically and then, on the next site wide rss update, the content from those feeds will be uploaded to your reader.
 Generating Feeds
Your reader can output a wide variety of feeds, but the "published" and "starred" feeds are the easiest to use. Every content item imported into your reader can be placed into your "published" and/or "starred" feeds by clicking the corresponding icons next to each item. Once you've "published" or "starred" at least one item, your reader will generate a "published" and/or "starred" feeds. You can access those feeds by clicking on the RSS icons on the top right of those feed's pages. All content items you "publish" and/or "star" will be placed into the appropriate feed. If you copy, share and/or publish that feed, people will be able to subscribe to it and display it on their own sites.
 Generating Libraries
If you want to create a collection of RSS feeds for importing into your reader, you can do so in a number of ways:
You can create an OPML URL using this site or create an OPML file by going into your reader's preferences, feeds, and then export your entire library.
