Welcome to the Occupy Student Debt Campaign. We are part of a new movement to end the debt financing of higher education. We assert that education is a right and knowledge should not be a source of profit for Wall Street. The time for petitioning our government has passed. We propose a collective strategy of non-violent direct action to take back higher education and end our complicity with a predatory and unjust system. By uniting behind a strategy of direct action, we declare that we will no longer cooperate with Wall Street. Join us by signing the student debt pledge of refusal.
