The mission of the Organization Working Group is to help increase efficiency and effectiveness of other working groups by:
- Coordinating overlapping efforts by different groups
- Funneling resources from those who have them to those who need them
- Developing & disseminating efficient project management & meeting protocols

Our Volunteer Process
REGULAR MEETING TIMES:
45-minute daily Coordinator Meetings at 9 AM sharp. Representatives from each working group are encouraged to attend these meetings to exchange information for inter-group collaboration.
Organization Working Group Meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 PM sharp to 1:45PM at 60 Wall: liaisons from multiple working groups meet to improve organizational processes and project manage inter-group initiatives. Our internal working SCRUM occurs every day, at 2:15 PM at 50 Broadway.
