2. Create a notes document for Minutes
3. Add a New Category to Forum
4. Add new Category to IO Website under Calls for call updates
5. Add New Event to IO Website so it appears on Calendar with Registration link
6. Add New Call Description Page
   1. Add short intro description
   2. Create special text box with links to Wiki, Public Minutes Subpage, Call Updates
   3. Embed forum category for ongoing discussion from Call
7. Create a Public Minutes with the Parent Page being the Main Call page
8. Create a Dashboard page with the Parent Page being the Main Call page
