Vibe is a way to communicate with people.
Vibe is location based messaging through mobile web.
Messages have a broadcast distance and duration and are also (socially) anonymous, so users don't know each other. In the future it could be securely anonymized but not yet! Users aren't associated with any accounts.
For example, you could post a message tht only visible to people 150 feet around you and is only accessible for 15 minutes.

Anyone can post a message who can post a message with ## and then the message isn't visible to the public and can only be discovered through search.
